Noor Interior provides interior design, modular kitchen, office interiors, renovation, false ceiling, and related services in Delhi NCR. All projects are subject to a formal agreement between the client and the company.
3. Quotations and Payments
Quotations are valid for 30 days. A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project. The remaining payment will be as per the mutually agreed milestone schedule.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to site conditions, material availability, or client approvals. We will keep you informed of any changes.
5. Changes and Variations
Any changes requested after work has started may incur additional costs and may affect the project timeline.
6. Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled after advance payment, the advance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the work already completed.
7. Liability
Noor Interior is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
